By using our website or booking a trip with us, you confirm that you:

• We are not responsible for expenses related to non-refundable flights or other personal losses.
   

We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Trip cancellations or interruptions
   
• Medical expenses and emergencies
   
• Baggage loss
   
• Personal liability
   

Essence Voyages is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses not covered by such insurance.

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring their passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel date.
   
• It is your responsibility to obtain the appropriate visa(s) for India.
   
• We can offer assistance but do not guarantee visa approvals.
   

• You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit for travel.
   
• Please consult your doctor about any necessary vaccinations or precautions before entering India.
   
• Essence Voyages is not liable for any health-related issues that may arise during your trip.
   

• We strive to maintain all planned services, but minor changes may occur due to weather, local strikes, or operational issues.
   
• We reserve the right to make substitutions of equivalent value when necessary.
   
• No refunds will be given for unused services.
   

While we work only with trusted partners and vendors, Essence Voyages is not liable for:

• Personal injury, illness, property loss, or death.
   
• Delays or disruptions caused by third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.).
   
• Natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, or force majeure events.
   

Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for our services.

All content on our website—including text, images, logos, and itineraries—is the property of Essence Voyages or used with permission. You may not use, copy, or reproduce our content without our written consent.
